Can't Recover from NAS
I have ATI 2013 Build# 6514 set to do a full backup and then incremental backups. My laptop stores the backups in a NAS via wifi: laptop>wifi router>NAS. Today, I tried to recover from the last incremental backup. In Disk Recovery, I switch to disk mode, select the source and destination and click Recover now. It then asks me to restart and I do. The laptop restarts and the Acronis UEFI program pops up and tries to recover. I get an error saying that the file can't be opened and I get the errors: 0x01E50013+0x01E50018+0x000B041D+0x00040007. I tried to look the errors up at the website as suggested but it is not listed. The error I get says: "Failed to open backup "file location....tib". Make sure the backup location is accessible and contains all versions of the backup. This backup may also be corrupted." I then connect the NAS directly to the laptop via gigabit Ethernet and go through the same steps as above to Recover but I get the same error that it "Failed to open backup". Why can't the program open the backup and Recover? Please help!! Thanks for any suggestions!

In addition to what MVP tuttle has recommended, I'd also try validating my back up. The source .tib and every incremental or differential involved. (May be unrelated, but is worth checking)
