Can't restore win 7 bkup on dual boot system

Thread needs solution

I have Win XP installed on one drive with DDS11 and OS Selector installed. I have Win 7 installed on a different hard drive (first partition - primary).

When I select the OS from OS Selector the Windows boot menu comes up and I am able to choose the OS to boot. Is there a way for OS Selector to load the OS without the Windows boot menu from coming up?

I have TI 2011_6696 installed on the Win 7 partition. I created a backup up image of the Win 7 partition, replaced the WIN 7 drive with an empty drive to test the backup, and left the XP drive installed. I then booted from a rescue CD and restored the Win 7 bkup to the empty drive and rebooted. I can still load the XP OS but not Win 7. I get the following error:

\Windows\System32\Winload.exe

Status )XC000000e

The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

I tried deactivating OS Selector before making the backup but got the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.
