Change to NTFS don't works within Acronis Secure Zone

My goal is to use Acronis Secure Zone for NonStop Backup too. I use Acronis True Image Home 2012, Build 5545 for this Job.

After activating Acronis Secure Zone I want to change the file system of Arconis Secure Zone to NTFS using Acronis Secure Zone tools ("change to ntfs" button). The Process starts, but it never ends (after 5 hours i stopped it). The file system remains at FAT32.

During the format process the Acronis Icon on the lower right edge of the screen shows

---->>> Acronis True Image Home: 330 % ready     (.... strangely funny message)

No status-window is reachable. If i use the "status" function of the icon, then only the standard application window opens, no status monitor/window is visible.

Using operating system tools (win xp 32 bit, latest updates) the format job is done within maximal 1 1/2 hour. What is wrong ?
