Change some Files/Folders in Partition Backup?

is that posible to change some folders or files in my Partition Backup (C)? i always updated some of my softwares and i always add movies etc..(i cant use the nonstop backup) coz it slow down my pc..its kinda saves time..=) you know intead of Doing a Full Backup Again..

You can do this. Click on Operations, edit backup settings. Look at the configuration window. What is the backup scheme? If it is custom, click on edit backup options.

If you have Version Chain, increment or differential backup, just run the backup again. If will create a second TIB file that complement the first one and will contain the changes.

Good question! There is no right or wrong.
Go with incremental, since you store big files like movies, but limit the number of incremental before a new full backup so that your last full backup is never absolutely too old for you to go back to.
If you have content that you cannot replace (family pictures, important documents), use a file backup in addition to another disk for example, for redundancy.
Consider using some file replication software (SyncToy, SyncBack, Karen's replicator) for content that doesn't need versioning or that is aready compressed (movies, pictures, musique).
