Please give us users the (crc / md5 / sha1 / ...) Checksums for our Acronis Products.
So we can check if we have bad acronis-files on our harddisks.

Hello Ni Cane!
Welcome to our Forum, we're glad you joined us! I understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.
First of all I'd like to thank you for checksum suggestion. This is a very valuable feature that we don't have implemented yet, so I'll forward your comment to our Management team for them to take in under consideration.
I understand your concern regarding the update of Acronis True Image Home 11, but unfortunately it's an outdated product, not supported and not developed anymore, thus no updates will be releazed. So the version you have is the final one. If to speak about the Acronis True Image Home 2010, it's still constantly updated, thought the dates on our website may not match the date of actual update releaze.
I'm also glad to inform you that we have received an updated SnapAPI version for both products. I will be glad to provide you with it and its checksum via PM in a minute. Could you please install it and see whether the issue persists?
Please also keep in mind that having Acronis True Image Home 11 and Acronis True Image Home 2010 on the same machine may cause some certain issues, including SnapAPI compatibility. So should you have them both on one machine, I would suggest you to remove either 11 or 2010 version.
I'd appreciate if you could keep me posted regarding this case so that I could provide you with further assistance if required.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
