Clone disk

Thread needs solution

Hi, I do not know if this is the right section, I have bought upgrade Acronis True Image Home 2011.
But I can not access email for support.

The problem: I have a 1TB backup drive, I run "Disk Clone", I cloned the C: drive of 320GB on a 1TB disk.
After the second time I've done this, the 1TB drive was full. I can not access it.
I ran "delete files and folders" at the end of the operation the 1TB drive is to have:
space available 0
space used 0
and I have no access to it.
Is there a way to recover the disk?

Can you please attach a screenshot to your post with the contents of the disk manager in Windows, I would like to see if your external 1TB drive is detected.

At the moment it is not clear why this issue occurred but we will definitely help you with getting your drive back.
