Clone Multiboot System:Win7+ XP: Boots to XP but Win7 Crashes

Thread needs solution

Hello,
Have Multiboot computer (3 active partitions :win7: XP1 :XP2) + the 100Mg partition required by TH 2011 which, I assume holds MBR :Partition Boot Record and whatever else is necessary for O/S Selector to launch a "particular" O/S.
Added considerable new software to each partition and when all partitions
fully "upgraded" and functional...attempted to clone the drive. No obvious
problems during cloning.
Afterwards the "clone" drive used as "original" to OK each O/S. The XP 1 and XP2 launch from O/S Selector page OK...however, Win 7 ..crashes with "BLACK" Windows REPAIR screen and is inaccessible. MESSAGE: Run Windows Repair Utility from Original Windows Installation disk.
I then switched HDD's back to the "original" HDD containing the working 3 O/S's to check their status. The same problem occurred.

Previously, I did the same procedure on my second multiboot computer (with same config) ... only difference was at Setup it did not require the "100Mg" boot partition...everything worked as expected. All partitions bootable on both the "original" and "cloned" HDD.

Any help as to why things got to this stage and how to remedy would be helpful.

Thanx

Richard
