Cloning Error - ATIH 2009

Thread needs solution

I'm running ATIH 2009 (Build 9709) on a Windows XP Pro system. To my knowledge, all of the MS critical updates have been installed.

Since I installed the program almost a year ago, it has flawlessly cloned my C drive to the E drive every time I've run the clone function. This weekend, however, after my system re-booted to finish the cloning process, I got an error that the drive couldn't be found.

Using Windows Explorer, I've confirmed that both the C and E drives are working as they should, and data stored on both drives is readily accessible with no issues.

My question is this -- Why, all of a sudden, am I receiving this error message?

Any thoughts and comments on fixing this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks!

It doesn't take much for True Image to throw up an error. It could be one of the updates you did - Windows, Antivirus, or whatever software you have that updates itself.

Try the clone process with the bootable Rescue CD.

Can you walk me through how to do this?

Thanks!
