What type disk are you cloning, and to what are you cloning (what are source and target)?
Why do you want to clone, rather than backup?

Try to do the cloning operation from the recovery CD.

Hello, I clone a disk MBR on a blank disc.
The new drive is GPT then I will not.
I'm running windows 8 and I use an SSD for the GPT system!
Before moving my system disk to GPT copying was normally!

Stephane,

Do the cloning from the recovery CD. I suppose that the logic is ATI is looking at the system setup and infers rules to be applied for the cloning. The logic seems to be faulty in certain cases.

 Hello all,

Thank you for taking time to contact us.

Stephane,

We are unable to reproduce the issue in our test lab. Could you please provide us with the step-by-step screen shots of the actions that lead to the encountered issue? We will try to repeat them on our systems.

 If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.
Please compress the screen shots by means of any tool (for example, with 7ZIP) and send them to us.

Thank you.
