Cloning a MBR system disc to a GPT system disc

I currently have the latest (unpublished) version of ATIH and the release version of Plus Pack

One of the main reasons for purchasing ATIH was to assist with my upgrade from MBR based system to a GPT RAID based system

Has anyone found a way to either:
1) Clone a MBR system disc to a GPT system disc
2) Quickly restore a MBR system disc on a GPT system disc

I have spactacularly failed to find a method to clone a MBR disc to a GPT disc and have resorted to using Windows to create the new GPT partition and then yawn, yawn, doing a file restore of the system disc from the old Drive C .tib file

The .tib file is only 30GB and I have SATAII drives Samsung Spinpoint F3's attached to an Intel Z68 based SATAIII controller and it has been restoring for the last 7 hours and whilst 2 hours ago I was told it would take 1day 13hours I am now down to 6 hours to go
