Cloning Windows 7 from mini SSD

Hi - I got a trial version with a Runcore mini SSD 32gb, and am trying to clone the windows 7 installation that currently sits on the 16gb mini SSD onto this new ssd. However, I'm having problems....

I tried using the home 2010 version - and I it completes successfully. However. when I put this new ssd into the netbook, I get an error and I get the busybox prompt. I've tried this a few times, and still I get the busybox prompt. So I installed the netbook version of the software, but this doesn't have the clone facility - so I did a backup and restore, and now all I get is a flashing cursor........

Any ideas on what the problem is - and if/how I can fix it with either version?
