Cloud backup only includes 232MB out of 698GB

Thread needs solution

I have been quite happy with TI up until 2015. I upgraded mainly for the unlimited cloud capabilities so as not to deal with external drives.

I tried to backup both "entire pc" and "disk partition" to the acronis cloud, with and without encryption. In all cases, the source shows 698GB (correctly) when selected, but only processes 232MB and stops after it uploads 232MB or so. It is only trying to process that amount and it is not stopping prematurely.

Anyone see this? I have not seen this issue reported yet on this forum. Waiting for support to reply. I didn't feel like giving a support rep in India remote control of my PC to poke around. Will be returning this product real soon if no resolution.
I can't believe all the negative postings on the new product. There are generally growing pains and sometimes these make some people unhappy, but this is an across the board mess.
Thanks

Did your previous version upload 698GB or thereabouts to the Cloud OK?

I'm wondering if your ISP is blocking such a large upload or if there is some form of irrecoverable timeout occurring.

If you enable notifications, add complete log to it, then you will get an email and this might point to where the failure is happening.

Thanks for reply. I will enable notification and see what happens.

I did not use cloud backup with the prior version. I don't think it is an ISP issue as TI only seems to process 232MB when it calculates the time to complete. I've attached to screen shots that show this. I've also removed all the exclusion filters and that doesn't help. Also, what is backed up is a folder named 1-2, or something like that that appears to have backup related files.

I have notified Acronis of your problem. However, they may not look at your thread immediately.

If you think you need to raise a support case, you will still need to do that in the mean time
