Hey,

I paid for Cloud on Febuary 6th. Now Acronis tell me, that it is deactivatet, because I don´t pay! To get Support I have to buy it for 20€!!!! It´s your fault! Your Support is terrible! You Play with my data-security!!!

Please activate it!

according to our database your Cloud subscription is active till 2015-03-13. Could you please clarify when and where exactly you received this message?
