When I attempt a cloud recovery all I get is code, see sample below:

Ok, seems I get the normal web page and successful recovery when I go to my other laptop's backup job summary, which is on the original laptop, and select recovery for that job. then I am able to navigate to the file I want. Strange though it will work for one job but not on another.
