Cloud subscription expired?

Thread needs solution

When I open True Image it tells me my subscription is expired. Clicked on the link but it's not very clear on what to do.
I thought Cloud subscription was for a longer time. I'm new and it's expired after a month or so?
What to do to get a subscription. I bought this and now must I pay each year to use it?
Does the whole program stop working if there is no subscription?

The Acronis Cloud subscription is optional for use with online sync (not necessary for local sync) and on-line backup. When you purchase 2013 you get a free 30 day trial of the Cloud services. If you purchased a longer subscription and are having this problem, you would need to contact Acronis Customer support.
If you are not using the sync or online backup features, you can sign out of your account from within True Image, and you will not see the message about your online Cloud subscription being expired.

Hello,
I've just bought acronis true image 2013 and logged in on the pc software to get access to local folders sync.
I don't plan to use online cloud features (I don't have enough bandwidth here in Italy at my home place :( ) but when the account will expire next month, to get rid of expiration notification logging out on pc, will I loose local folders sync?

Hello Gian,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum.

You will not lose your local folder sync after the trial version of Acronis Online Backup will expire.

Please take a look at this Knowledge Base article for more information.

Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Thank you.
