Compatability of Seagate Discwizard image files and True Image Home 2010?

Thread needs solution

I created a full hard disk backup on two DVDs with Seagate Discwizard. The hard disk just failed, and I had to replace it with a Western Digital hard disk, so I couldn't use Seagate Discwizard to do the restore operation (Discwizard requires having at least one Seagate drive installed on the system, and apparently a USB-attached Seagate external hard drive doesn't fulfill that requirement).

When Discwizard wouldn't restore from the DVDs because I had only a Western Digital disk in the system, it suggested upgrading Discwizard to True Image Home 2010. I did, created a TI 2010 recover disk, booted the system with the new hard disk with the recover disk, setup the recovery operation to put the backed-up contents on to the new disk, and ... failure.

As soon as TI starts the restore process, it gives me an error. If I ask it to validate the image files, it also gives me an error.

Are the Discwizard files compatible with True Image Home 2010?

The version of Discwizard I used was 11.0.0.8142, and the True Image Home 2010 build I used was 6053.

Just a little more additional information ...

When the restore operations fails right after it starts, I get a few errors in the log file, including "Read error 0x70003 ... Specified file does not exist" and "0x40011 ... No such file or directory."

When I try to validate one of the archives, I get "0x70020 ... Archive is corrupted."
