Complex Problem - Missing *.tib/Can't mount/Completely stuck

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I had a RAID 10 running on my old computer with Acronis True Image 2013 and I wanted to reinstall the OS so I backed up my data to two external hard drives. It filled up a 2TB drive and maybe 200GB on a 750GB drive. I was able to correctly view everything before reinstalling.

On the new OS, I was able to copy the 2TB v1 of the .tib to my new OS. However, the rest of the backup was completely missing on the 750GB WDD Drive. I put it in a folder called "Acronis Continued" and the folder was there, but the file was missing. I launched several file recovery programs and they could not find anything.

And now, I have the 2TB v1 of the file that'd I'd really like to be able to read, but I can't because it won't let me mount it without the v2. And if I try to double click it to open it says it's corrupted.

I've never experienced a problem like this before. And I think Acronis lost the rest of my backup.
Any tips?
Can I change the v1 of the file to think it's the only version?

And I might add I've spent days searching through forums to find my problems but to no avail. This is my last shot.

Tyone,
Acronis support will help on recovery isses--even if support date has expired.
Contact them indicating you have a recovery issue. Be sure your serial number of 2013 is registered and listed in your account.

Normally, for a restore to be successful, TI expects to find all backup files inside one folder.

Thank you Mr. Grover, I will get on to doing that. Hopefully there's some smart people that know what they're doing there!

I have faith, this product hasn't failed me yet.
