Compression - No Compression Desired

I have been trying to use Acronis 2015 with NO compression so that my backup folder contains an identical file navigation tree as the original files.

Even when I set to No Compression...I still some type of compressed blue boxes in the backup folder.

How do I have Acronis make an excat copy of my Yello Folders and Update the content of these folders when changes are made.

Could not find the answer on the Forum.
