Conflicting File Sizes

I am using the latest version of Acronis True Image 2013. The partition backup is reporting the backup file size as 1.95 TB. My backupdrive is only 500 GB and the disk on my computer is only 500 GB. It was reporting the file size correctly when is was unter 100 GB. As soon as it reached 100 GB it reported it as 1TB. Should I be concerned about this?
