Corrupt Acronis True Image?

Thread needs solution

My True Image software stopped working, and it appears to be a corrupt program. When I open up the program, I get the tutorial tab to function, but I cannot click into any other tabs, such as "Restore". They are all greyed out.

Does anyone have suggestions regarding what may be going on, and how I can restore the software to a working condition?

I can't believe my support for the product has expired. I haven't even had the software for six months!

It sounds like you need to either REPAIR the existing installation, and if that does not work, then use the Acronis cleanup utility and re-install.

To repair, restart the installtion program and a REPAIR option will be offered. If you do not have a copy of the installation program, then download one from your Acronis webaccount., See my signature link 9 below.

If you need to use the cleanup, then use signature link 4 below.
