Data blocked?

Thread needs solution

Hi! I'm on Windows 10 so decided to erase all my former backups on Acronis Cloud, since I have them on my local WD drive, and rebuild them, this time making sure backups don't run during the daytime.

I was able to delete all my backups with one exception, one called 'My Partitions'. When I try to delete that I get the message:

"The data you are trying to use is blocked at the moment. Please try again later."

I did try again later. Indeed I've been trying for 320 hours now, but the message is always the same. It tells me to enter the event code on this site for more details, but the Event Code is blank.

I'm on Build 6613.

Any ideas?

Can you please clarify if the problem is still there?
If it is not gone yet, please go to your Acronis account https://www.acronis.com/en-us/my/online-backup/ and check if data is correctly represented there.
Check if the archive can be removed through account interface.
