Data file concerns

I had an abnormal shutdown while non stop backup was running and when the system restarted, excessive disk activity, I let it go and after 8-9 hours it subsided. I then received an error message that drive c: was low on disk space. Searching the drive, I found 550 1GB files written in system 32

and wonder if these could be True Image files since they seem to be quite similar although a little different with the names, file size exactly the same.

Do you think these are True Image files and can they be deleted?
