Decompression error backing up to Online Storage

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm unable to perform an online backup at all. I don't see an entry in the knowlege base.

Please advise.

I should mention that the backups were running for several weeks and then the decompression error occured.

This specific error with the 'Decompression Error' needs to be investigated. Please contact our Support team with this report collected from your machine.

Could you try recreating the backup task and check if this issue re-occurs please?
