Decompression Error online backup

Thread needs solution

I have been trying to backup to "online backup" for several days. After about 10gb of data, I now receive this error almost immediately after starting the backup.

Windows 7 x64 SP1

Trying to access the Acronis Cloud website I receive:

Sorry, the Storage Server is not available now. Please try again later.
