Deleting ATIH 2013 after upgrade to ATIH 2014

Thread needs solution

Can I safely delete old ATIH 2013 from my computer after upgrade to ATIH 2014?
Thanks for answers.

I'd expect that upgrading from 2013 to 2014 doesn't leave 2013 on the computer. If some program files are left, uninstall 2014, run the cleanup utility found here, reboot and reinstall 2014.

If you talk about 2013 archive files, you can restore those with 2014.

No, upgrading left some files on my computer. No records in 'Programs and Features' section (I can't uninstall ATIH 2013), no processes in memory, but files are still here.
If I will cleanup ATIH 2013 and reinstall 2014, I can't understand how I will be able to install upgrade, because Acronis upgrade policy requires the presence of previous version.

In your "Programs & Features" recheck again. Acronss several past versions, the programs have been listed under several alphatbet letters. Have you looked under "T" for TrueIMage or "A" for Acronis? Running the cleanup utility will remove all Acronis and 2014 or 2013 can be installed using only the serial numbers as input.

No, the presense of an insrallation is NOT required. You install onto a clean system.
All you need is the serial numbers for any required version can and those serials are available from your Acronis personal account providing that you registered your serial numbers sometime in the past.

Installation files for youir purchased versions available from your personal account.

Rechecked. No entries for ATIH 2013. I saw it before upgrading.
Thanks for information about licensing. Will try to clean and reinstall later.
