Hi all,

I just spent 12hrs loading a new image onto a brand new hard drive its a dell xps 420 it said that the data had transferred correctly. I tried to restart the pc but it goes into a cycle

dell splash screen
Fan

and so on...

One thing I tried to do when selecting the image was to select MBR ? but it wouldn't let me select both ?

Not sure if I need to d anything else?

If the operating system is Vista or Win 7, you can try booting with the installation DVD and using the Repair feature.
