Destination drive greyed out.

Hi, I came from using Acronis 2010 from a bootable media, and have upgraded to Acronis 2015.
I used to be able to create the recovery image to a *.tib file and then recover it back to the same HD no problem with 2010. But with 2015, when I go to choose the destination drive it shows up as greyed out. Why is that? I just did it with my 2010 version and it is selectable and recoverable.
