Don't run registered ATI-11 application and WD Edition together. (Advice only)

Thread needs solution

I've been trying to repair a malware damaged computer for the last month--it's been a nightmare! In the process of updating the system, I discovered the WD Edition on the Western Digital site. Thinking it might help fix some post/boot issues with mbr and ntldr, I installed it beside my registered application on another machine.

The WD Edition didn't seem to have any *new* specific use for the HDD so I uninstalled it.

The uninstall (or parallel install) corrupted the registered program ... which might have been a good thing by bringing me to Acronis to update my copy. However, once it is reinstalled, I hope it will recognize previous backups (images).

To get the access to the installation file please log in to your account. The file will be available at the Products and Downloads section.  You can learn more on how to download the installation file here

Download the file, launch it and select the Repair option. Wait for the process to be completed, reboot the computer and check the functionality of Acronis software.

Also you can run the program from a CD disk. You can find the information on how to download the appropriate ISO file in this article. Please see this article on how to burn an ISO file to a CD disk.
