Drive not seen but it does back up

Dell XPS 8500 2tb with UEFI, Secure Boot & Win8.
When I select Disk Backup ATI shows no drive or partitions. I can see the OS partition and folders if I choose Data Backup. ATI still backs it up though to another PC on the network.
Anything I need to change to make everything visible in Disk Baclup? TIA
