Drives not showing on Bootable Rescue Media-30 Day Trial

Thread needs solution

Before I dump hard earned money, on yet another piece of software, that might work or not, I downloaded the 30 day trial of ATI 2011. Installation within Windows XP Pro SP3 was successful, I was able to schedule a file backup, etc., but when booting off the Rescue Media, the system generates an error saying that it can’t find any hard drives.

My system has 3 hard drives, all connected to a Syba SY-PCI40010 SATA controller, configured as JBOD. Silicon Image SIL3124 Serial ATA (SATA2) host controller chipset

Please note that I downloaded the 30 day trial.

Thanks for any help

Hello Michelle,

Thank you for posting and welcome to our forum. I will do my best to assist you.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. Most likely, the rescue media does not have the drivers to properly detect your hard drives.

I have checked our internal database for any issues related to Syba controllers and did not find any known issues.

The best way to resolve this issue is to collect this report from the rescue media and contact our Support team.

I am confident that we will be able to resolve this issue.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
