[DUPLICATE] Acronis Update 1 Crash

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with Acronis 2014 upgrade 1 (french version). I have downloaded and try to install the last Upgrade for ATI 2014. The installation is stopped at 'Creating Shortcut' step. After about 1Hour, I have killed the process, uninstall ATI 2014 and try to install first version and/or Upgrade, the same problem is encountered, the installation is stopped at 'Creating Shortcut' step.

So at this time, ATI is not installed and it is impossible for me to install it. I work with Windows 8.1. I have tried to install another program (not from Acronis) to verify if I have not a problem on my Windows 8.1 configuration, the installation is completed without problem.

I hope that somebody can help me.
