[DUPLICATE] Lazy Chat Support Reps

Thread needs solution

So, over the last week, my mother-in-law and I have purchased about $200 in software and service. I'm having some trouble with a few items, so I opened a chat support session. So far I have yet to receive any support as the first rep was disconnected before they said anything, and the 2nd one was disconnected after tell me she understood my multiple issues and said she would help.

This is the support I have to look forward to? I am an IT Consultant and currently work at a very large MSP in Northern California's Bay Area. If I don't get the support I need on our products, not only will I demand a refund (along with my mother-in-law), but I will have nothing positive to say about Acronis for the rest of my IT years....

So, which is it Acronis?
