Email Backup Error

Thread needs solution

When I start Acronis, it starts in my Admin account. However, my emails are located in a User account. I have tried under settings entering the details for the User account, so that Acronis just backs up those emails. But when I run the backup, I get an error, saying:

Failed to open (initialize) the computer.

I've attached a screen shot of the error.

I've also checked for the error (Event) code online, and got no result.

I've run the backup just for the Admin account and it worked.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
