Empty My Documents

Thread needs solution

Hi,
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

I run a full disk backup of my c: drive. Yesterday I had to restore it to a previous version ( 2weeks ago). This worked fine and all my data is intact.

However there are a few files in /Users/scott/my documents that I want to restore for a earier version of the backup set.

When I try to browse them either via True Image or Windows Explorer, the my documents folder is empty.

If I search for a file via the restore / browse function, I can find 2 versions of a file that I want which do exisit in the /my documents folder, one on the 2/6/2012 and another on the 26/4/2012

I have search and found a few forum posts but cannot really find a answer as to where the files would be located. For Example: http://forum.acronis.com/forum/28224

I have hidden files showing

So, anybody know how I can get these files. They must exist somewhere as the disk recovery I did recovered all the files in my documents.
