Ermitteln Sie das Letzte Volume des BackUps

Hi,
I made a BackUp of some Folders and Disk partitions on a external HD.
On the end i had 3 Different BackUps and all of them saved an other partition.
Two opened very well and was able to extract the Data from it without problems and one BackUp continues to ask me the last version of the BackUp "Ermitteln Sie das Letzte Volume des BackUps". A window opens and asks me to select a File and than closes all the process of extraction of Data.

Now; does somebody of you know how it is possible to extract the Data from a *.tib Backup or did I lose all the Data?

As there are very imortant files, may it be possible to save or extract the files by Acronis?
Does Acronis Support have the possibility to extract them?
