I have installed Acronis True Image Home 2012 build 6131.
I am trying to download the latest update and am getting a 404 page error.
Can you fix this please?

Also your website is VERY slow.

When running Acronis True Image Home 2012 build 6131 the schedules job hangs with 8 minutes to go and gives no information on the error (?) or what file has caused it to hang.
My HDD is new and all of my data files were copied from the old system just using MS Windows Explorer with no errors.
The whole system has been extensively scanned for viruses and, apart from a few cookie with spyware problems, was found to be clean; (the antivirus deleted the bad cookies).

I have yet to successfully complete a backup of any sort using this new installation of Acronis.

Would you please help with this issue?
