Error "Acronis has not found any hard disk drives" on

Thread needs solution

On a Industrial PC running XP embedded (http://www.kontron.com)
when I use Acronis Bootable rescue media, I can'rt do a backup.
It says: "Acronis has not found any hard disk drives"

The particular thing of this hardware is that is has a USB bridge to a physical CF card containing the filesystem.

Do you know if I can try something to make it work? (eg: boot parameters for Acronis)

NB: the CF card was detected properly in the past with Acronis True Home 10. ...

Thanks

Oscar

What version of TrueImage are you trying to use?

There is an alternate ACronis bootable CD available as a Bootable Media ISO download from your registration page. This has different drivers and may work.

If necessary, continue using the version 10 CD to make your backups. It would be better than being unprotected.

I'm using the latest. Acronis True Home 2011.
On version 10, I'm having other problems with notably the mouse, that's also for that I would like the 2011 (option to move the mouse from the keyboard).
I'm only evaluating the 2011 for the moment, so I don't think I can get access to the "Bootable Media ISO" download you're referring, isn't it?

Thanks for your help.
