Error Code #1722 Possible Solution
I was getting Error #1722 repeatedly and was unable to complete a backup of the HDD. The error stated, "The RPC server is not available (0xFFF0)."
I tried to setup a backup one final time. When the schedule option was reached the "Sc;heduled" option was selected. Then various options were presented, of which "One Time Only", and this option was selected, and the "Next" box was clicked, and completed the remaining backup options. I was attempting to do a Incremental HDD backup. At the end of the setup procedure I clicked the "Proceed with backup" and TIH started the backup and it completed it sucessfully.
I hope this helps someone who might be having a problem with error code #1722.

The RPC server error is related to scheduling services malfunction. You should just restart them to resolve the issue. Here are the instructions:
- Make sure that Acronis Scheduler2 Service is Started and the Startup type is set to Automatic:
- Click Start -> Run and type in services.msc;
- In the Services window locate Acronis Scheduler2 Service;
- Right-click on the service and select Properties in the pop-up menu;
- In the invoked window set the Startup type to Automatic. Click OK;
- Right-click on the service again and select Start in the pop-up menu.
- If this does not help, please download Acronis Scheduler, which is a special utility to update the scheduler service, extract it and run install.bat. The utility will automatically update the service.
