Error during scan? Will my image work, or do I need to create a new one?

In the middle of creating the image, there was an error saying to browse and choose where you want the image to be created even though I already did that. It gave me the option to retry to find the folder. I clicked find the folder but, I couldn't choose any folder again for some reason because when I clicked the folder, and this happened with any folder, ok was grayed out so I couldn't choose any so I just clicked cancel and then it didn't give me the option to retry and the scan went on and completed successfully. Do you think any of this messed up my image? I have 2 different imaged in that folder and I usually only have one. Any advice and help would be appreciated. Thanks!
