I am logged in as administrator on windows 7 ultimate pc. I can run backups Disk and Partitions Backups and Entire PC Backups. After the backups complete I try to open the backups just completed. I get the error in the Subject. I can't kill this error through Task Manager and I have to reboot.

When I rebooted this time I get a Acronis True Image 2015 error:
Failed to open information about backup LSI etc. The backup may be incomplete or corrupted.
Details tell me to lookup in the knowledgebase this event code:
0x006400D5+0x000B0080+0x0004011
It brings up references to 2010 and 2011 but nothing about 2015 and doesn't provide any answer.

I tried to delete the backup from within Acronis True Image 2015 and I get this error:
The action can not be completed because the folder is open in COM Surrogate

No need to respond to this. The problem went from bad to worse to non-functional. I reinstalled from scratch.
