Thread needs solution

I've used Acronis T I 10 for some time, but my most recent back up attempts have failed. I've tried several times and each time get the same error message. I have a copy of the screen with the error message is on it, and I'm sending it as an attachment. Please let me know what I have to do to solve this problem. Many thanks.

Check that the Acronis Scheduler2 service is configured correctly. See this KB article for more information. This old forum thread also contains some information on the problem.
