Thread needs solution

I had acronis True Image 2013. I ran the option to 'consolidate backup'

I then got this error. I then installed the upgrade to acronis 2014.

I still get the error.

My suggestion would be to run the TI cleanup utility (signature link 4 below) and then do a fresh install of TI 2014.

I have the same issue, I have ATI 2014 which was installed as a fresh install on Windows 8.1 which was also done as a fresh install not an upgrade. I have a daily incremental backups of my Documents folder and every 5 days I get a new full backup. I like to consolidate the backups, some work and some don't Backups 1 - 3 did consolidate, Backup 4 would not, Backup 5 did, Backups 6, 7 and 8 would not, Backup 9 did, backups 10, 11 would not, backup 12 did, Backup 13 would not, backup 14 did, backups 15, 16 and 17 would not. I am currently on backup 18 so I did not try to consolidate that yet.
Each Time it fails I check the log and have the same message about 'backup date cannot be found. The backups all validate successfully.
I had this same issue with ATI 2013 on Windows 7 SP1 (different HW).
I have no idea what date it can't find or why. The link to the Knowledge base from within the log does not work.
