Error validation backup

Hi,

When I try and validate a backup job, I get a dialog with message 'No such ID not found'.

The validation job does not run.

Please provide more details about the issue you faced.

How do you start validation process? Where is your backup located? Do you get the same error message if you create a new backup plan?

thanks a lot for you message.
i try to start the validation process but i have this error : No such ID not found. Event code: 0x006400CF+0x006400DE+0x00640230+0x00900012+0x00900001+0x00090047+0x0009000A

my backup is in acronis secure zone.
i have used acronis scheduler to delete schedules and after recrate schedule befote the error validation appears.

no i haven't the same message if i create a new backup task.

Hello Anne,

the error message might be caused by archive database corruption. Please start your computer from bootable media and validate the backups as it is described here.

If they are validated successfully, you can keep them for recovery purpose and continue backing up in a new task.

i have already recreate a new task after deleting archive.xml and now i can validate my archives.
