Error when convert TIB to VHD

Hello,

I'm trying to convert an old .TIB full image backup to an virtual machine, and vmware converter couldn't convert it. So I tried to convert the TIB file to VHD using Acronis and it fails too with this error:

Event details: The target size of the virtual disk is not supported by the selected virtual machine.

I can mount the TIB file, and access it's filesystem, but I'd like to create a virtual machine with my old image backup. An image backup to vmware virtual machine.
