Error when using Acronis Media Builder

Every time I try to create a bootable CD or ISO I get this error:

Failed to create random access read stream of the file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageEnterpriseServer\splash.run. (0x3F003E)

Tag = 0x4B36F3A35505E75FSpecified file does not exist. (0x40011)    function = "OpenFileW",    filename = "\\?\C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageEnterpriseServer\splash.run"    Tag = 0xF35F747B3B21F811The system cannot find the file specified (0xFFF0)    code = 80070002)    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8A6

Has anyone run into this before or know how to fix this?

What version and build of TI are you using?

Do you have any other Acronis programs installed? Installing DD after TI has been known to cause problems with Media Builder.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling TI or doing a repair install of TI?

If you have a VM available, have you tried installing TI in it and creating the ISO?
