Failed to connect to the Acronis activation server
Hi,
I'm quite stuck here. Trying to activate the copy of True Image 2014 I have purchased, and I get this error. I do have internet access, in fact I'm posting this using the same PC. I tried turning off the Firewall, and no luck.
I re-input my serial number and tried again, no luck. Did the 'Activate from another computer' and put in the activation code, clicked on activate and the screen shut... but it still has not activated.
Any thoughts please?

Hi Alberto, I 'think' it was by using the active link on the pull down menu (sorry am at work and don't have it here) rather than by using the window which opens up telling you its not activated.
Not 100% sure though as I had already tried that option and it didn't work. I just tried each option 3-4 times and eventually it worked.
Not a great deal of help, I know.
