Fails upgrade or initial installation to Rev # 6055

Thread needs solution

Today, I twice attempted to upgrade my full installation to Rev # 6055. The first attempt was an upgrade from Rev # 5539 to Rev # 6055. The attached files with a '1' in the file name are from the first failure.
The second attempt happened after uninstalling Rev # 5539, restarting the computer, and doing a fresh install with Rev # 6055. The attached files with a '2' in the file name are from the 2nd attempt.

The computer is running Win7 Ult SP1, 12 Gigs RAM, and an i7 920 CPU @2.67GH. I'm a domain admin and logged onto the computer as myself.

To get temporarily back to where I can back the machine up, I reinstalled Rev # 5539, which continues to work properly. Any help getting upgraded to Rev # 6055 would be greatly appreciated.

Try to:
- uninstall the software,
- apply the Acronis Cleanup Utility. Follow all the instructions carefully,
- reboot,
- install the latest build.

Can you supply a link to the Acronis Cleanup Util? Once I uninstall the prog, all the tools get uninstalled too.
Disregard, I found it.

Failed again after running the Cleanup Util and running the 6055 setup. Attached are the files. Please see the A_Fail.jpg for the installation error.

I finally decided to stop waiting on non-responsive volunteers to help me figure out why the installation was failing with the last error posted above and paid the $20 for paid tech support. Using the KB article 14331, I was able to get it fixed using Solution 3.

Problem solved.
