Failure of backup- failed to read from sector

Thread needs solution

I recently got a new computer running Win 7 Pro, and reinstalled TI 2010 build 7046 on the system. I have tried several times to backup my system, and get the same error message:

Created: Sunday, September 19, 2010 7:12:43 AM

Details: Failed to read data from the disk.
Failed to read from sector '45,334,160' of hard disk '2'.
Failed to read the snapshot. (0x10C45A)
CRC error (0x100155): ⎂Retry/⎂Ignore/Ignore ⎂All/⎂Cancel

Then:

Details: Operation with partition '10-0' was terminated.
Details:
Read error. (0x70003)
Tag = 0xDF81DA2C74EC501C
Failed to read the snapshot. (0x10C45A)
Tag = 0x14181C22EF45AD40
CRC error (0x100155)
Tag = 0x2AACB7B2AB852AF

And finally:

Details: Operation has completed with errors.

I have a WD500GB hard drive with 83GB used, and diagnostics detect no errors.

Can any one please help!!

Thanks,

Mike
