Fall back from Acronis 2015 to Acronis True Image 2013 does not work...help

I uninstalled Acronis True Image 2015 from my PC because it lacked the capability to backup email from Outlook onto an outboard USB hard drive. After uninstalling 2015, I went to my account and downloaded my previous versions of True Image 2013 and Backup 2013 (I already had the serial numbers kept in a folder on my machine).

Acronis 2013 will not start! It does nothing and the log says nothing and their is nothing that I can find in the registry. I need to get 2013 backup working along with the email backup. HELP!!

There was a small event log with the error code 10023 or (or 10032), which dealt with high and low filter entries in the class section etc of the registery. I combed over the registery with a printout of the message pertaining to error code 10023 and there was nothing askew in the registery at the location pointed to re: MSG 10023 (or 10032 I forget) but they but had to do with taking out the wording on fltsrv, etc.
