File Backup Job Failure

Thread needs solution

Am having continual difficulty trying to run a simple file backup of User data.

From the error log, I'm sent to this URL on the knowledge base:
http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/bookmark/0x00040001_0x0000FFF0_0x8007045D/2352/1397085554/B6F9654E-1838-4A87-96EE-075CA2B254BE
but it's empty and no use.
The event code is 0x00040005+0x00040001+0x0004000F

There's another error entry that states:
Operation has completed with errors.
0x9F2C53C72E8BCD1F

From searching the forum using that last error code, I can find a couple of entries such as:

The common theme is that they lack specific detail for a fix and there doesn't appear to have been improvement within the software to provide better user feedback.

Have also run chkdsk and that says:
"Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
No further action is required."

Suggestions?

Is your backup targeted to a local internal disk, external disk, or network share? I am seeing a possible sync error code, possible data stream error code, possible security permissions exception code.

Are you using the installed TI app on your machine to attempt this backup or are you using the boot media disk when the backup fails?
